Beijiao town opens its museums for free during Spring Festival
He Art Museum(HEM)
Designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, HEM covers an area of 16,000 square meters. It puts on long-term exhibitions of Chinese modern and contemporary art as well as significant global modern art. The museum harbors beautiful scenes almost everywhere in an atmosphere of tranquility.

Hours: 10:00-18:00 (no entry after 17:30)
Closed Mondays (In case of official holidays, the closing day will be extended to the first working day after the holiday)
Notes: 20th per month is the public open day (free of charge)

“Beijiao Charming town” Gallery
The gallery exhibits photos, articles and art installations, depicting the timeline of Beijiao’s development over the past 60 years and the stories of Beijiao people from all walks of life who contributed to it.
Beijiao Chaoliang Art Museum
Named after Jian Chaoliang, a famous literatus living in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, the art museum mainly exhibits paintings and calligraphy from south of the Five Ridges - the area spanning Guangdong and Guangxi. It is open to the public for free.
