——Three aspects to be considered in terms of building a successful characteristic town.

The development of characteristic towns should take many factors into consideration. Governments at all levels in China have made efforts to support the construction of characteristic towns as an important part of the new urbanization plan and an integral part of the development of new urbanization. However, many characteristic towns have been built without figuring out their positioning and development goals. Three aspects need to be considered to build a successful characteristic town: reasonable and orderly development, balanced development of urban and rural areas, and greater national efforts in information construction and rapid transportation systems.
